Her passion for home design and presentation led her to co-found 7 West Staging, helping sellers showcase their homes at their very best.

Outside of real estate, Adrianna enjoys spending time with her family, her dogs and goats, and finding new ways to make a house feel like home. Whether she's helping a client navigate an important decision or spending time with the people she loves, Adrianna brings the same warmth, energy, and dedication to everything she does.

Now in her fourth year as a Realtor, Tipton McNamee brings extensive local knowledge, professional experience, and a genuine passion for helping others to TTD Real Estate, brokered by eXp Realty.

A Northern Virginia native and proud George Mason University graduate, Tipton doesn't just know the local market—she's lived its evolution! Her career began with nearly a decade at Freddie Mac, where she gained valuable insight into real estate finance, followed by 12 years serving families through Loudoun County Public Schools.

Having raised her own family in Ashburn, where she has lived for over 20 years, Tipton offers clients a unique blend of industry knowledge and a neighbor's perspective on what makes a house a home. She and her husband, Tim, have been married for 26 years and have two daughters, both proud Virginia Tech graduates.

Known for her outgoing personality, dedication to client satisfaction, and genuine love for helping others, Tipton enjoys staying active in her community, supporting local schools and organizations, and spending time with family and friends.

Jeff brings more than 20 years of entrepreneurial, technology, and business operations experience to TTD Real Estate. After founding Sunrise Data Services in 2004, he grew the company into a successful multimillion-dollar business before selling it in 2021.

Today, Jeff applies that experience to helping TTD operate efficiently, embrace new technology, and deliver a better experience for both clients and agents. From marketing and business development to operational systems, automation, and strategic planning, he focuses on building the infrastructure that allows Adrianna and the team to concentrate on what they do best: helping people buy and sell homes.

Jeff also brings firsthand real estate experience through his involvement in residential investment properties, short-term rentals, and 7 West Staging, which he co-founded with Adrianna. His background gives him a practical understanding of the business side of real estate and the importance of thoughtful planning, strong execution, and attention to detail.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and following his beloved Buffalo Bills. He enjoys finding new opportunities to improve how businesses operate and helping good ideas turn into real results.

Katie Hogan joins TTD Real Estate as a newly licensed Realtor, bringing fresh energy, curiosity, and a genuine excitement for helping clients take their next steps.

A graduate of Longwood University, Katie is early in her career but brings a strong work ethic and an eagerness to learn the business the right way—guided by a team that values local knowledge, thoughtful strategy, and doing right by clients. She's diving into the Northern Virginia market with the same energy she brings to everything she does.

What stands out most about Katie is her enthusiasm and her people-first mindset. She's excited to build relationships, stay curious, and grow into an agent clients can trust—one conversation and one home at a time.
